Moving on the growth path and having established a name in the laundry care segment, the Group ventured into manufacturing of synthetic laundry soap based cleansing products in 1987 and started manufacturing laundry powders (in economy, popular and premium category), laundry cakes (popular and premium category), Dish wash bar, Liquid Detergent for washing woolens and fine fabrics.
The group is marketing most of its products under a strong brand name of 'RAJ' & 'Raj Super' commands a very good presence in the state of Punjab, Haryana, J & K, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, M.P., Karnataka, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, Goa, U.P. & UK, Chandigarh and Gujrat.
The group though started its journey with the products that could suffice the most essential and the basic needs of the customers but now has decided to shift the gear towards more value added products, while retaining the old product line. Poised for its consolidated growth and development, the group has now set up the plant to manufacture a new soap powder and Soap Bar formulations plant without manufacturing of LABSA facility at Ludhiana. The plant is proposed to have installed capacity of 14400 MT for Toilet Soap and 14400 MT for Laundry Soap Unit.

We have given utmost attention to EHS i.e. Environment, Health & safety by putting all the necessary equipments in place like fire hydrants, water harvesting, maintaining positive pressure, robust dust collection system.
The Positive pressure will be maintained in the manufacturing hall so that the facility remains dust free from outside environment.
Air Dynamics & Air circulation system will be maintained so that inside temperature of manufacturing facility should be 27 degrees Celsius ±1 the ambient temperature.
Versatile Dust collection system will be in place to arrest any suspended particles in the environment thereby giving dust free environment in the manufacturing premises.
Proper allocation & segregation of all areas for FG/RM/PM as per GMP guidelines in the manufacturing facility is taken care. Incoming & FG material will be stored in racks with use of fork lifts & handled through Overhead conveyors involving minimum human intervention. Everything should have a place at this new facility and we will embrace the 3M (Man, Machine & Material) principle.
